We really don’t keep much information about our users, but there are a couple cookies and then there’s your email if you ever elected to sign up for our newsletter, and in my philosophy, that information really belongs to you, so I never sell it or make money from it apart from using it to send you a newsletter (which you can opt out of here). I should, mention, however, that I use Noterro to track my appointments and do my scheduling, so their site may have some of your information as well. For privacy reasons and to comply with HIPPA, none of that personal information is stored on my server. To ask them to delete your information, you will need to go to their site, log in to your portal, click your name, view your account and click edit account (to remove the information) and hit “submit”. Other information that we’ve used for security or analytics purposes has already been anonymized, can not be used to identify you, and is not considered personal information.
If you’d like me to delete whatever information I have associated to you, use this form to do that here and I’ll delete it as soon as I can (within 30 days at the most).
