Late Arrival, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

Late cancellations (within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment) and No Shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the value of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled prior to 48 hours before the appointment time will not incur a fee.

If I Arrive Late

If I arrive late to an appointment, I will do everything in my power to provide the full length of your appointment. If this is impossible due to scheduling conflicts, I may offer credit toward your next massage at my discretion.

If You Arrive Late

If you arrive late or your actions delay the start of the massage, I will do everything I can to give you the full length of the massage, but if I have appointments after yours I cannot guarantee the full length, and no credit will be offered toward your next appointment.

Remember

If your massages are being covered by personal injury protection (PIP), your insurance will not cover a cancellation fee

Inappropriate Conduct Policy

Inappropriate conduct during a massage will not be tolerated. If at any time I feel uncomfortable with potential signs that you are looking for a service that I do not provide, I reserve the right to end the massage with no refund provided. If you are at all confused about this policy, please ask and I will clarify.

If you ever feel that I am working inappropriately or if I make you uncomfortable in any way, please communicate as such and I will change what I am doing, or end the massage if that is more amenable to you. It is my goal to provide a safe and comfortable environment for every massage.

COVID-19 Precautions

Masks and proof of vaccination are no longer required to receive a massage in my offices. If you are more comfortable masked, please let me know, and I will happily wear a mask along with you for your comfort. I use HEPA filters at my locations to filter and circulate the air and reduce the risks of disease transmittal, and I am personally up to date on my vaccinations.
