At my office in the Federal Way Wellness Plaza, I offer my clients a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere for their massage. I offer a comfortable lounge with optional blankets and whatever music you like, so you can relax as we discuss your body's unique needs over a cup of herbal tea.

Monday 4pm-8pm
Tuesday 10am-7pm
Wednesday 10am-5pm
Thursday 12pm-8pm
Friday 10am-5pm
Some Saturdays 11am-6pm

I book all my office appointments

In my Federal Way office, my rates are:
60 minute massage $120
90 minute massage $180
120 minute massage $240

Membership
If you plan on getting regular massage—which I recommend for most clients—membership is $20/month and saves you 20% on in-office massage. It’s a good deal for anyone getting regular massage, and encourages you to come in at least monthly. Speak to me directly about getting a membership.
A note about insurance:
I do not accept or bill insurance, however, your insurance company may still cover all or part of your massage therapy. Many insurance companies cover massage therapy by reimbursing customers who send in a reimbursement form. To help you with that, I offer reimbursement forms for you to send to your insurance company.

It’s recommended that clients park in the upper lot at the front of the building.
As you enter the Wellness Plaza from the parking lot, you will be on level 3. There is no need to check in at any desk or counter. Just follow these instructions to find your way to my office.
First, walk down the hall which turns to the right, into the main entry. An elevator will be on the far wall. Press the down button to call the elevator and go down one floor to level 2. If you’d rather use the stairs, there is a stairwell behind the door to the left of the elevator door.
As you leave the elevator, move to your right across the waiting area toward the hall. Take a left to go down the hall. My office, 207, will be the first door on your left.
If I am expecting you, and I’m not currently with another client, my door will be open. Please feel free to knock lightly and step right in.
If my door is closed, please take a seat in the waiting area just outside the hall. A restroom and water are available.
My building is still working on proper wayfinding signage, so I’m sorry if any of these instructions are confusing. If you need help finding my office, please message me and I’ll gladly come out to help you.
